Speaking to Inside Soap, Jack said: "Carla and Lisa have been good friends for a while now, but they’ve definitely been growing closer in recent weeks. There’s a real spark between them, and I think they both know it.”

“Of course, there are still some obstacles in their way. Carla is still grieving for Aidan, and Lisa is worried about how her family and friends will react to her being with a woman.

But Jack hinted that these obstacles could be overcome. He said: "I think Carla and Lisa are both strong women, and they’re both determined to be happy. If they can get past these obstacles, I think they could have a really great future together.”
