The NFL’s Most Intriguing Offseason

Quarterback carousel could land Carr or Garoppolo in Buffalo

The Buffalo Bills are one of the most intriguing teams in the NFL this offseason. They have a young, talented roster that is ready to compete for a Super Bowl. However, they also have some key holes to fill, including at quarterback.

The Bills have been linked to several quarterbacks this offseason, including Derek Carr and Jimmy Garoppolo. Carr was released by the Las Vegas Raiders after nine seasons, while Garoppolo is expected to be traded by the San Francisco 49ers.

Carr is a veteran quarterback who has been to the Pro Bowl four times. He is known for his accuracy and his ability to make plays under pressure. Garoppolo is a younger quarterback who has shown flashes of brilliance. He led the 49ers to a Super Bowl appearance in 2019.

If the Bills are able to land either Carr or Garoppolo, they would be a major contender in the AFC. Both quarterbacks would give the Bills a chance to win now.

Other Needs for the Bills

In addition to quarterback, the Bills have several other needs this offseason. They need to add depth to their offensive line, wide receiver, and cornerback positions.

The Bills offensive line was one of the worst in the NFL last season. They allowed 65 sacks, which was the second-most in the league. The Bills need to add some experienced linemen who can protect their quarterback.

The Bills wide receiver corps is also in need of some upgrades. Stefon Diggs is a star, but the Bills need to add some more playmakers around him. They could look to add a veteran receiver like Jarvis Landry or Odell Beckham Jr.
