Parrots Fly Away From London Zoo and Found 60 Miles Away

Missing Parrots Found

Lily and Margot, two parrots who flew away from London Zoo, have been found 60 miles away in Cambridgeshire. The parrots were found by a member of the public who called the RSPCA. The RSPCA then collected the parrots and took them to a local veterinary surgery. The parrots are now back at London Zoo and are being checked over by the vet. The parrots went missing on Tuesday, July 26, after they were spooked by a loud noise. The parrots were last seen flying over Regent's Park. The zoo launched a major search for the parrots, but they were unable to find them.
