Fatih Terim's men head into this derby off the back of a 2-1 victory over Goztepe in the Turkish Cup on Wednesday.
They are unbeaten in their last 11 Super Lig matches, winning eight and drawing three, and sit fourth in the standings, eight points behind leaders Istanbul Basaksehir.
Galatasaray have won 10 of their last 12 home matches in the Super Lig against Besiktas, although they were held to a 1-1 draw in this fixture last season.

Besiktas will also be looking to bounce back from a 2-1 defeat in the Turkish Cup, having lost to Caykur Rizespor on Tuesday.
The Black Eagles are unbeaten in their last six Super Lig matches, but they have drawn four of their last five on the road.
Senol Gunes' side currently sit fifth in the table, just one point behind Galatasaray, and will be keen to close the gap on their rivals with a win in this derby.
