Preparations for Deepawali 2024 have already begun in Bhagalpur. Girls in Bhagalpur have taken the initiative to produce decorative goods in preparation for Diwali. These decorative items consist of diyas made of cow dung, wall hangings, and a variety of other items. The work in which these girls are occupied at the moment may be seen in the Khadi Ashram Colony of Bhagalpur.
A large number of cow dung diyas are being handcrafted by these girls. Additionally, they are producing ornamental things such as wall hangings out of vibrant papers. These young ladies are also teaching women in the neighborhood how to do these crafts. These girls deserve praise for their great work.
The people in the neighborhood have praised these young ladies for doing such a wonderful job. These girls have received instruction in this craft from their instructor, Ms. Babita Devi. Ms. Babita Devi is a resident of Khadi Ashram Colony and operates a small business out of her home where she sells decorative items she has produced.
Orders for the handcrafted decorative things produced by these young ladies have begun to arrive from different parts of the state. Ms. Babita Devi has stated that she is quite pleased with the work that the girls are performing. She also mentioned that this occupation provides women with the opportunity to earn an income while simultaneously preserving the traditions associated with Diwali.
It is anticipated that during the upcoming Deepawali festival, there will be a high demand for the decorative goods that these young ladies are producing.
