Coronation Street's 'broken' DS Swain 'doesn't trust Carla' as secrets set to unravel

Coronation Street bad boy DS Swain is certainly winding up the residents of Weatherfield getting involved in everyone’s business.

We have already seen him poking his nose into David Platt’s dodgy dealings but now it’s Carla Connor who is in his sights.

Carla is currently in turmoil over the death of her half-brother Aidan Connor and the news that he took his own life after months of struggling with depression.

But with the police still investigating his death, are they looking for someone to blame or is Carla keeping something from them?

DS Swain seems convinced that Carla is hiding something and makes his feelings perfectly clear during his next visit to the factory.

Johnny Connor tries to defend Carla but when he warns Swain to back off, the detective delivers a chilling response.
